What kind of wax do you use? - Paraffin/Soy blend. How long do I need to cure my order? Please allow 2 weeks cure time from pour date for the best results, although you can melt anytime. What is the best type of warmer to use? I use an electric 20 watt or 24 watt hot plate warmers. Use only approved warmers for wax melts. Do you take custom orders? Yes, a post on the Facebook group page will announce when customs are available. Custom orders are ordered on the website. How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 per order, shipped by USPS Priority or Ground Advantage to help keep our costs down so we don’t have to increase shipping prices. ☺ Do you ship outside of the US? Yes, I will ship to Canada only and the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping beyond the $10.00 flat rate. What is your turnaround time? Ready to ship 5-7 business days TAT.
